DESCRIPTION: Chareim Spa Village is on area 20 rai in Phuket city with 100 spa beds.. There are 17 different types of spa villa, 2 types for group massage, 6 types for single room and other type are VIP lounge, common room, reception, beauty salon and shops, staff rooms, storage and control room, including hot water pond, mineral pond and facilities. Project was the Fast track with design and construction go together. Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) of SEATEC Group worked together with Interdesign Co., Ltd., an architectural designer which carried out the Master planning, Detailed design of architectural, interior, landscaping. DEC performed the detailed design of works in civil/structural, electrical and communication system, air-conditioning and ventilation system, fire alarm protection, sanitary system and wastewater treatment system; and also Construction Supervision works.
