Design Review and Construction Supervision of Asian University of Science and Technology; Imperial Technology Management Services Co., Ltd, has been developing a new International University of Science and Technology at Banglamung District, Chonburi Province.

The project has been developed on 500 rai of land in three phases, comprising academic (Science, Engineering, Business) building, administration building, library, research centre, student dormitories and sport complex with a total floor area of approximately 168,831 m2.

The residential campus comprises, student residential hall with double room for first and second year students, single room for third and fourth year students, and small apartments for postgraduate students and wardens. The student housing will be located north of the university and will house 2,400 students.

Three hundred and seventy five faculty residential units will be provided for in family buildings to the west of the university. Consultant also carried out supervision of construction for infrastructure, work consist of road, dams, pedestrian crossing, drainage system, electrical system, interior and exterior lighting systems, waterworks system, etc. (January 1997 – December 1999).
