The Imperial world Ladprao Plaza is situated on an area of 38 rais of land on Ladprao Road, Bangkok.

The project consisted of construction of 24-storey building, divided into two parts, the podium with 7-storey for shopping arcade, department store and parking space for about 3,500 cars; the upper part with 2 buildings, a hotel tower and an office tower.

Total floor area of the podium and towers was 281,480 m2. Ladprao Plaza Co., Ltd. appointed Southeast Asia Technology Co. Ltd. (SEATEC) for providing consulting services for project management and construction supervision for the project (1992 – 1996).
