Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) of SEATEC Group as lead firm worked together with architectural partners (Interdesign Co., Ltd., Leo International Co., Ltd. and DSB Associates Co., Ltd.) which carried out the Master planning, detailed design of architectural, interior, landscaping. DEC performed the detailed design of works in civil/structural, electrical and communication system, MATV and CCTV, air-conditioning and ventilation system, fire alarm protection, lightning protection system, sanitary system, water supply and distribution system, and wastewater treatment system; and also Construction Supervision works.
