Colgate Palmolive (Thailand) Ltd. selected SEATEC & DEC to undertake the design and construction
supervision of the Production and Distribution Center Project at Bangpakong Industrial Estate, Chonburi
province. The work consisted:
– NDC Building (Natural Distribution Center)
– ILP (Intergrate Liquid Plant)
– General Service Building
– Central Service Building
– Utility system
– Power house
– Wastewater Treatment Plant
– Road and Drainage System
Total floor area of 30,295 m2.
