The project is located at Sukhumvit Soi 2, Bangkok. Southeast Asia Technology Co. Ltd. (SEATEC) was assigned by Ploenchit Real Estate Co., Ltd. to undertake the supervision of construction of the whole construction work which include installation of related service system and architecture, civil and structural, water supply & distribution system, sanitary and plumbing including wastewater collection & treatment system, electrical, mechanical and elevator, etc. (1992-1997).
