Dhanarak Asset Development Co., Ltd. (January 2005 – June 2009) is one of government enterprise under The Treasury Department of Ministry of Finance needs to develop two plots of land separated by Military Supreme Command area, at Changwatana Road, total 297 rai (approx.118 acre).

Total office area in all buildings is about 460,000 sq.m. composes of building for ministry, department level, building for Justice office and building for independent office. Common use building for area of 49,000 sq.m. compose of conference room, exhibition room, supporting and canteen.

A group of business buildings with area approx. 27,500 sq.m. are used for business, commercial, recreation and nursery. Parking building and open parking lot for about 10,000 cars.
