Southeast Asia Technology Co., Ltd. (SEATEC) was assigned by Thai Wah Ltd. to responsible for supervision of construction works. The services rendered by SEATEC include:

(1) Supervision of all construction works and related system
(2) Monitoring of construction schedule
(3) Preparation of monthly progress report
(4) Inspection of the completed works and certifying payments.

M & E designs of Westin Hotel were provided in 1993. Since then the Hotel Developer asked Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) of SEATEC Group for M & E service for additional works during 1997-2000. This project was to renovate office floors to serve as Spa, Fitness Center for members, Swimming Pool on roof deck of 20th floor for Hotel guests, Seminar and Meeting rooms.
