Sapthip Ethanol Plant (Lopburi, Thailand)

The project covers area 90 ha (or approximately 500 rai) locates at Lop Buri Province, Thailand. Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) of SEATEC Group was assigned to provide services until begin operation.

Main assignment consisted of Master Plan; Detailed Design for 2 ethanol plants, facilities and infrastructure; Project Management that included Bidding Process, assist in Construction permit; Supervision and Management for Construction and machine installation. Works including:
• Site Preparation and 260,000 cu.m. pond excavation;
• Raw material area preparation;
• Construction of Ethanol Plant 1 and Ethanol Plant 2;
• Construction of Tank Farm;
• Building of Bio-Gas & 2nd. Treatment system;
• Road, material area;
• Raw material warehouse;
• Pumping system from river;
• Building for boiler system installation;
• Office building, canteen, and weighting equipment
• Electrical system, lighting, lightning;
• Drainage system;
• Waste water treatment system;
• Water supply system;
• Staff housing and etc.
