Osotspa Energy Drinking Factory (M190) (Ayutthaya, Thailand)

Osotspa Co., Ltd. Wish to expand the M-150 energy drink product line at the Ayutthaya Base factory. The new
expansion will include 130 Rai at Tambon Klong Suan Plu, Ayutthaya Province. A new master plan will be
develop for new landscape design Factory building Technicial & Engineering building and other building,
include the expansion of road and drainage system. The total cosntruction is approximately 150 million, M&E
design package will preform by a spacialist consultant.

Detailed Description of the Services Provided by DEC:

The scope of services rendered by SEATEC shall be :
– Landscape Design
– Site Preparation / Site Survey
– Factory & Office Building Conceptual, Prelimary, Construction Design.
– Prepare support documents for Authority submission (Owner’s will Apply)
– Prepare BOQ for construction
– Prepare form of tender, specification, and assit in selecting General Contractor / Construction
Services Consultant.
– Prepare Model & Perspective Drawings of the Designed factory and office building.
– Site Visit during construction. (1 visit per month)
– Prepare Master Plan.
