The SEACON Square Shopping Center is a 7-storey shopping mall with 2 level underground basements for parking and 6 storeys above ground on Srinakarin Road, Bangkok. The total floor area of the building is 320,000 m2.

The shopping mall is about 1 km long. The flyover bridge over Srinakarin road, road and parking space were parts of the project. The Seacon Development Co., Ltd. appointed Southeast Asia Technology Co. Ltd. (SEATEC) to provide consulting services for supervision and management of all construction works which included civil, structural, water supply & distribution system, sanitary and plumbing including waster collection and treatment system, electrical, mechanical, related service systems and architectural, etc. (1991-1994).
